3D Secure – Payment Verification and Troubleshooting
3D Secure is a security feature that helps confirm that the credit or debit card being used belongs to you. It also protects against unauthorised use of your card.
To use 3D Secure:
Your bank will have asked you to link your card to a mobile phone number.
During the payment process, you’ll receive a 6-digit code by SMS.
Enter this code on our site to complete your payment and confirm your order.
If you reach the purchase page, enter your card details, complete the 3D Secure verification, but still receive a credit card error, the issue may be related to the 3D Secure process.
While we can’t comment on individual cases, please note:
If your card has been blocked, you will need to follow up directly with your issuing bank.
If your bank confirms your card is not blocked and you’re still receiving an error, please submit a refund or payment form here so we can investigate further.
