What payment methods do you accept?
Ticketek accepts most major payment options for bookings made online, including:

Debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

Google Pay

Apple Pay
Please note: Afterpay, Google Pay and Apple Pay are not available for bookings made over the phone or at Ticketek agencies.
Ticketek agencies accept *cash and credit cards, but not Afterpay, Google Pay or Apple Pay.
What is a CVC and where can I find it?
A Card Verification Code (CVC) adds an extra layer of security during transactions. It helps confirm that the person making the purchase has physical access to the card.

Visa and MasterCard: The CVC is a 3-digit number on the back of the card, near the signature panel.

American Express: The CVC is a 4-digit number found on the front, above the card number.
If you can’t locate your CVC, contact your bank or card provider for assistance.
The payment page isn't showing all card options. What should I do?
If you've recently accessed a pre-sale page (such as a Visa Entertainment pre-sale) that only accepts certain cards, your browser may have saved that preference. This can cause other card options not to appear correctly.
To fix this:

Clear your browser’s cache, cookies and browsing history.

Close all open browser windows.

Reopen your browser and return to the payment page.
If you’re not sure how to clear your browser history, check the Help section of your browser for instructions.
Keep in mind, some events may restrict payment options. This will be clearly shown at the time of booking.
