How does Afterpay work?
Afterpay is a convenient budgeting tool that lets you shop now and pay over time. When paying with Afterpay, the cost of your Ticketek order is split into four equal payments, paid every fortnight (two weeks).
For example, if the total cost of your order is $100, you’ll pay $25 every fortnight in four equal payments.
Who can use Afterpay?
Anyone over the age of 18 years with a valid email address, mobile number, and Australian credit or debit card can use Afterpay.
Is Afterpay a finance product?
No. Using Afterpay does not involve entering into a loan or credit facility agreement. As long as you have enough funds in your account to cover the first payment when purchasing tickets, you can use Afterpay.
How do I pay using Afterpay?
Simply select Afterpay as your payment option at checkout, and you’ll be directed to login or create your Afterpay account.
Is there a minimum spend on Afterpay?
The minimum order amount available for Afterpay is $50.00
Is there a maximum spend on Afterpay?
The maximum you can spend through Afterpay on Ticketek is $2,000.
Are there any setup fees or extra charges?
There are no extra fees when using Afterpay, as long as you pay on time, according to your fortnightly payment schedule.
Can I use Afterpay at a Ticketek Agency or Box Office?
No, Afterpay is only available through Ticketek online channels and may only be available on selected events.
What happens if the event is cancelled or postponed?
You are entitled to a full refund. This will be processed by Afterpay based on the instalments you have made.
Do I receive my tickets immediately?
Yes, your order is processed immediately, and tickets dispatched. For major events, tickets are supressed and delivered closer to the event. You can find out more (HERE)
