Gift Vouchers: Available online via the Ticketek Website.
Gift Cards: Available at Coles, Woolworths, Australia Post, and Officeworks outlets nationally.
Activation:
All Gift Vouchers and Gift Cards are automatically activated 48 hours after purchase.
Redeeming your voucher or card:
Find the event you want to book tickets for.
At the payment screen, select Redeem Ticketek Gift Voucher under Payment Details.
Enter your Voucher or gift card ID, found on the front of Ticketek Gift Vouchers or the back of Gift Cards.
Usage:
Gift Vouchers and Gift Cards can be used for the majority of events sold by Ticketek.
Some events may not accept Gift Vouchers or Gift Cards; this will be noted on the event page.
Vouchers can be used for multiple bookings until the balance reaches zero.
Delivery:
Ticketek Gift Vouchers are emailed as a Print-At-Home ezyTicket at no additional cost.
Validity:
Vouchers have a three-year redemption period.
Any remaining balance after this period will be forfeited.
Vouchers cannot be extended.
Problems redeeming your voucher:
If you have trouble redeeming your Voucher, submit a general enquiry request including your Voucher ID and a screenshot of your voucher.
