Ticketek uses a third party verification system for online transactions.
When a transaction doesn’t pass this verification it may decline the purchase.
If you have reached the purchase page and entered your card number, but have received the below a credit card error.
Please check the below:
- Card details are correct: Number, Expiry, Date and CVC.
- The saved card on your account is the correct card you would like to use to purchase.
- You have sufficient funds.
If multiple attempts on the same account/name or using other cards in the account may result in the same decline message. When you receive this we cannot permit the transaction at that time online, you will need to contact your bank.
If your bank advises your card isn't blocked and you are still receiving the error message please submit a form here or visit an agency in person to transact with us.
Please note that our customer service team and agencies can only transact once tickets are on-sale.
