Ticketek uses a third party verification system for online transactions.
When a transaction doesn’t pass this verification it may decline the purchase.
Multiple attempts on the same account/name or using other cards in the account may result in the same decline message. When you receive this we cannot permit the transaction at that time online, you will need to contact our call centre or visit an agency in person to transact with us.
Please note that our call centre and agencies can only transact once tickets are on-sale to the general public, and are unable to sell tickets during online only pre-sales.
