What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is a buy now, pay later service that lets you pay for your tickets in four instalments over six weeks, interest-free.
When using Afterpay, you pay 25% at the time of purchase, and the remaining three instalments are automatically deducted from your nominated debit or credit card over the next six weeks.

Setting up an Afterpay account
Add your tickets to your shopping cart.
Select Afterpay as your payment method at checkout.
You’ll be redirected to Afterpay to log in or create an account.
Your payment schedule will be displayed.
Track payments and manage your account in the Afterpay app.
Are there any fees for using Afterpay?
Late fees: Capped to keep costs manageable. Fees never exceed 25% of the order total or $68 per order, whichever is lower.
How late fees work:
Orders under $40: One-time late fee of up to 25% of the order total
Orders $40 or more: $10 late fee for missed payments; additional $7 applies if unpaid after seven days. Fees continue until the cap is reached.
Afterpay sends payment reminders and allows you to reschedule payments to avoid late fees. Unlike traditional credit, Afterpay charges no interest, helping prevent compounding debt.
Minimum and maximum spend
Minimum order: $50
Maximum order through Ticketek: $3,000

Select Afterpay at checkout and log in or create an Afterpay account. The first payment is made immediately, with remaining instalments automatically processed.

Can I use Afterpay at a Ticketek Agency or Box Office?
No. Afterpay is only available through Ticketek online channels and may be limited to selected events.
Refunds, cancellations, and event changes
You are entitled to a full refund if your event is cancelled or postponed.
Tickets purchased with Afterpay follow Ticketek’s Returns Policy.
Any payments already made will be refunded through Afterpay, and your payment plan will be updated accordingly.
Ticket delivery with Afterpay
Your order is processed immediately. Tickets are sent according to Ticketek’s delivery method. For major events, tickets may be suppressed and delivered closer to the event date.
