When will my Gift Voucher or Gift Card be active?
All Ticketek Gift Vouchers and Gift Cards will be active 48 hours after purchase.
How do I redeem my Gift Voucher or Gift Card?
Ticketek Gift Vouchers and Gift Cards can be redeemed online.
Find the event you wish to purchase tickets for and proceed to the payment screen.
Select the Redeem Ticketek Gift Voucher drop-down under Payment Details to enter your Voucher ID. Your Voucher ID can be found on the front of Ticketek Gift Vouchers or the back of Ticketek Gift Cards.
What can a Gift Voucher and Gift Card be used for?
Gift Vouchers and Gift cards can be redeemed for the majority of events sold by Ticketek.
Sometimes certain events may not have Gift Vouchers or Gift Cards as an available payment method. This will be displayed on the event page.
How will my Gift Voucher be delivered?
Ticketek Gift Vouchers will be emailed to you as a Print-At-Home ezyTicket for no additional cost.
How long is my Ticketek gift voucher active for?
Ticketek Gift Vouchers have a three-year redemption period, which offers greater flexibility for those who receive this wonderful gift.
Remember, any remaining balance at the end of that period will be forfeited.
Ticketek vouchers are unable to be extended.
If you are unsure when your Gift Voucher will expire, please submit a request and include a copy of your Voucher ID and a screenshot of the voucher.
Remember, never put your voucher ID or barcodes on social media.
What if I don’t use the entire value on the voucher?
Your Ticketek Gift Voucher or Gift Card can be used to pay for multiple bookings until the balance reaches zero.
Make sure you use the entire balance before the expiry date.
