Collector and Souvenir Tickets
A Collector or Souvenir Ticket features custom graphics and effects and is designed as a keepsake for fans. These tickets are available for select events only and can be added during the standard booking process. Simply select your tickets as usual, then choose the Collector or Souvenir Ticket option either when selecting your ticket type or as an upsell before checkout.
Collector and Souvenir Tickets can only be purchased online or over the phone. They are posted to you and follow a different delivery timeline from standard tickets. If delivery delays occur, a mobile ticket may be issued in your order history so you can still access the event.
Delivery typically begins closer to the event date, and sales close once dispatch has started. Please note that these tickets may be sent directly by the event promoter rather than Ticketek. Ticketek cannot provide delivery updates or replacements in this case. Contact details for the organiser handling delivery are listed on the event page.
If you haven’t received your ticket and need to attend the event, please go to the venue box office on the day for assistance.
Additional Items (e.g., CD, Digital Download, Merchandise)
If you’ve purchased an additional item with your ticket, such as a CD, digital download, or merchandise, information on how and when you will receive it can be found on the event page.
These items are usually supplied by the promoter, the artist’s record label, or, in some cases, available for collection at the venue on the event day.
Please check your event page and confirmation email for specific delivery or collection instructions, including who to contact if your item hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe.
