Pre-Sales Information
Pre-sales offer customers the opportunity to purchase tickets before the general public on-sale. However, they are not a preferential seating service and do not guarantee access to better seats.
Pre-sales are typically run by promoters, venues or artists and are not available for all events. You will need to check the promoter, venue or artist pages for further information.
Pre-sales usually occur online a few days or weeks before the general public on-sale, with only a limited allocation of seats made available. The seats released during a pre-sale are chosen at the discretion of the promoter and may be located anywhere in the venue. It’s important to note that Ticketek does not offer exchanges or refunds if you purchase tickets during a pre-sale and later find other seats you would have preferred. Please make sure you're happy with the available seats before completing your booking.
Pre-sales may be brief, and ticket allocations can sell out quickly. Receiving an invitation or code for a pre-sale does not guarantee tickets.
Access to a pre-sale may be offered through a promoter, sponsor, artist, or associated party. It may require a password or a specific link to purchase.
Using Your Pre-Sale Code
When entering your pre-sale password, make sure you enter it in the correct field. This is usually located below the venue dropdown or the 'Find Tickets' button on the event page.
If Your Pre-Sale Code Isn’t Working
-
Check that you are entering the code exactly as it appears in your email. Make sure there are no typos or extra spaces.
-
If the code still doesn't work, contact the organisation that issued it for assistance.
-
You can also reach out to Ticketek for support. Please note that having a valid code does not guarantee ticket availability. If the allocation is exhausted, you may need to try again during the general public on-sale.
