What is the Buyer Guarantee?
You're protected as a buyer. You will receive valid tickets in time for your event or receive your money back. If any issues arise with your tickets, we will work with the seller to resolve this for you. In the unlikely event we cannot resolve with the seller or are unable to obtain replacement tickets, we will provide a full refund.
When will I get my tickets?
Print at Home PDF tickets will be uploaded to your Marketplace account or emailed to you. These will generally be sent immediately or within 48 hours of purchase.
Delivery delays as requested by the promoter/venue.
Please check your order history or email invoice to view and access your purchases. If you have not received your tickets within 5 business days before your event, please get in contact with us.
What will a Marketplace ticket look like?
Tickets originally sold through Ticketek will be reissued with a new barcode and your name on them. The original ticket will become void to ensure you are the only holder of the ticket. Marketplace is the only place you can trust to verify that the Ticketek ticket is valid to ensure you are guaranteed entry at the time of the event.
I've forgotten my password/My password has expired.
Visit the login page, click on Forgot Password and enter the registered email address you sign in with. An email will be sent to you, follow the links in that email to reset your password.
Check your junk/spam folder also in case the reset email lands there.
If you do not receive a reset email, the email you have entered may not be registered with us and you may need to join.

You can log into your account with your existing password and update it.
Once you have logged in, click on My Account and then Change Password.
Can I get a refund or exchange?
No, Ticketek Marketplace doesn't own the tickets so is unable to offer refunds or exchanges. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, Ticketek Marketplace will refund you the amount you paid for your ticket. You may also wish to resell your tickets if you cannot use them.

The tickets you have selected to buy are only available in the marketplace and may no longer be available on Ticketek. If you choose to continue with the purchase your tickets will remain guaranteed by the Ticketek Marketplace.
I've purchased a ticket and my event is tonight! How will I receive my tickets?
Tickets will be uploaded to your Marketplace account and will appear shortly after your purchase. Please keep an eye on your emails and your Ticketek Marketplace account for any updates.
Your confirmation email or invoice do not serve as your ticket for entry.
If your tickets do not arrive before you leave for your event, please take photo ID and your confirmation email to the venue box office.
Can I collect my tickets at the venue box office on the day of the event?
Your PDF tickets provide you entry into the event. However you may be required to collect your Ticketek tickets at the venue box office for certain events. Only the buyer with confirmation and photo ID will be able to collect tickets.
Can I cancel my purchase?
No, we are unable to offer refunds or cancellations. If you cannot go to the event you may wish to resell your tickets through Marketplace.
Will my tickets have any restrictions?
Some tickets may have a restricted, obstructed, rear or side view, or be in an alcohol-free area. Please ensure you check the "additional details" tab for more information about your ticket before purchasing so you are happy with your seats.
Will my seats be together/consecutive?
If you have selected a bundle of tickets, then they will be seated consecutively. If you have selected tickets from a number of different orders, then we cannot guarantee that these tickets will be seated together.
Do my tickets come with merchandise?
Marketplace Fan to Fan allows fans to exchange tickets only. We cannot guarantee your tickets will include merchandise as it is often dispatched well before the event to the original ticketholder.
Why is the price displayed on my ticket different to what I paid?
The price you pay per ticket is set by the seller and will differ from what may be printed on the ticket (e.g. a seller may accept less than the price of the ticket). No ticket will be resold for more than theticket’s original face value.
Why does Ticketek Marketplace charge fees?
The service and handling fee covers the end-to-end service delivery from the time of purchase through to staffing at events, technology, relisting the ticket for resale and support.
The Ticket Reissue Fee covers the service delivery of cancelling the original tickets and reissuing them in the name and account of the Buyer.
The fee applies per transaction. Multiple orders cannot be purchased in a single transaction as tickets are sold by a different number of sellers and are processed individually. You will be charged fees per transaction.
The fee will be made clear throughout the purchase and on the final payment page.
Why are there multiple listings for the same event at different prices?
All tickets on Ticketek Marketplace are listed by the current ticketholders and the listing prices are set by this seller. Tickets can be sold for any amount up to and including the original face value.
What is the Ticketek Marketplace Terms and Conditions for?
The Terms and Conditions outlines your obligations as a buyer and conditions of using this website to buy tickets.
What happens to my money when I buy a ticket?
We securely hold your funds until you have attended your event. If there are no issues raised with your attendance to the event, the funds are paid to the seller.
What can I do if my tickets are lost, damaged or stolen?
Please contact us to see what can be done for you. Take care of your tickets and do not share photos of your tickets or display them on social media. We sell tickets for a variety of events and cannot always guarantee a reissue of the tickets.
My tickets do not match my invoice.
Please contact us if you have received tickets that are different to what was advertised.
I received an error message after purchasing tickets. What should I do?
Please don't try to purchase again as your order may have been successful. If you don't receive your email confirmation within 24 hours of purchase, please submit a request below and we will investigate.
I haven't received my order confirmation email.
Please check you provided a valid email address, and the email has not gone to your spam or junk folders. If you still don't receive your email confirmation within 24 hours of purchase, please submit a request below and we will investigate. Alternatively, you can check your order history on your Marketplace account and will be able to access your tickets from there.
I have been charged twice for my order.
If you have any queries on your charge, please submit a request and we will investigate. Please provide the full details of the amount charged, the credit card type, and the last four digits of the card. Please also include screenshots of the transaction from your statement. Please provide any additional information about your experience you think may be useful for us to know.
Was my order successful?
If you don't receive your email confirmation within 24 hours of purchase, please submit a request below and we will investigate. Also check your order history in your Marketplace account to see your purchased tickets and to access them.
Do I need any special hardware or software for print at home tickets?
We recommend using a PDF reader like Adobe version 8.0 or above. Print at Home (ezytickets) do not need to be printed in colour and are fine printed in black and white.
We recommend you print your full PDF ezyticket on A4 paper.
Can I use a Ticketek gift card or voucher?
Unfortunately, gift cards or vouchers are not accepted on Ticketek Marketplace.
Can I purchase multiple orders in one transaction?
No, tickets are sold by a variety of different sellers and need to be processed individually.
Can I purchase accessible tickets?
Please check the additional details on the ticket listing, if this information is not specifically listed it's unlikely they are suitable for people with accessibility requirements. Once purchased we are unable to exchange tickets.
Are there any age restrictions enforced on my event?
Age restrictions will vary and it's your responsibility to work out if the ticket is suitable for the person going to the event. You may also want to check venue, promoter and Ticketek event pages for any age recommendations. The listing will provide details about any age restrictions on the ticket.
