Via the mobile app:
Step 1: Open the app, make sure you’re logged in to the correct account. Press the Account icon.
Step 2: Once logged in, press Tickets. In here, press order history.
Step 3: This will take you to another window, in here you will see your name and your customer ID beneath it.
