If you're having trouble signing in, need to reset or change your password, or have received an unexpected password reset email, follow the guidance below.
Reset your Password or Unlock Your Account
If you've forgotten your password or your account has been locked, you can reset your password to regain access.
- Go to the sign-in page.
- Select Reset Password.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- We'll send you an email with instructions to reset your password.
- Open the email and follow the reset link.
- Create a new password and complete the reset process.
- Return to the sign-in page and sign in using your new password.
If you don't receive the password reset email, check your junk or spam folder.
If you still don't receive the email, the email address you entered may not be registered with us. In that case, you may need to create a new account or contact the Ticketek Customer Solutions team for assistance.
Change your password
If you know your current password, you can update it at any time.
- Sign in to your account.
- Select My Account.
- Click Change Password.
- Enter and save your new password.
For the best security, choose a strong password that is:
- At least 12 characters long.
- Unique to your Ticketek account.
- A combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
- Free from personal or sensitive information.
Note: Your Ticketek account password is only used to sign in to your My Ticketek account. It is not used to access event presales or special offers.
What should I do if I receive a password reset email I didn’t request?
If you receive a password reset email that you didn't request, it's a good idea to check that your account is secure.
- Sign in to your Ticketek account from the Ticketek homepage using your current password.
- Review your account details and update them if needed.
- Change your password to a new, strong password that is at least 12 characters long and includes uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Avoid using personal or sensitive information in your password.
If you did not request the reset and are unable to sign in to your account, reset your password immediately using the Reset Password option on the login page.
