Refundable Tickets are an optional add-on available when purchasing event tickets. They provide enhanced cancellation rights if you are unable to attend an event due to approved reasons, such as sickness, travel delays, or adverse weather.

How do I request a refund if I have purchased Refundable Tickets?
If Refundable Tickets were purchased with your event tickets, you can apply for a refund by contacting the Refund Team here. Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of the event date.
What reasons are valid for a Refundable Ticket refund?
Refunds are available for over 20 approved circumstances. A full list of eligible reasons can be found in the Refundable Tickets Terms and Conditions here.
Can I request a refund if I simply change my mind?
No. Refundable Tickets only cover circumstances listed in the approved reasons. Change of mind is not eligible.
Can I upgrade my tickets to Refundable Tickets after purchase?
No. Refundable Tickets must be selected at the time of the original ticket purchase.
Can I request a partial refund?
Yes. Partial refunds are possible if your situation meets one of the approved reasons.
What if an event is cancelled or rescheduled?
Refunds for cancelled or rescheduled events are managed by Ticketek directly. You do not need to request a refund on your Refundable Tickets for these events; details will be communicated to the ticket purchaser.
Are Refundable Tickets available through Ticketek Marketplace?
Yes, Refundable Tickets can be selected for Ticketek Ultimate, but not for Fan-to-Fan ticket sales.
Are Refundable Tickets offered on Gift Voucher sales?
No, Refundable Tickets cannot be added to Ticketek Gift Vouchers.
Can I get a refund if I accidentally selected Refundable Tickets?
No, the additional charge for Refundable Tickets is non-refundable.
