Accessible Bookings
Customers are able to purchase accessible tickets online, direct with one of our Agents or by requesting a callback.
Provided below is detailed information on the booking process as well as some handy resources to ensure you are prepared and ready to purchase when tickets for your event go on sale.
- Online: You can now purchase Accessible Tickets online for a range of events. Simply click on the Accessible filter on the relevant events page to view the Accessible Ticketing types available for the event.
- Request a Call Back: If Accessible Ticketing is not available online for your desired event, please complete the Accessible Ticket booking form , and we will give you a call to process your purchase. Please note, our Customer Solutions team will call customers in the order in which they have submitted the Accessible Ticket Booking forms.
- Speak to one of our Team: Call 1300 665 915, Ticketek's Accessible Ticket booking line, if you require additional support in completing your booking. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm (AEST) .

Exchange My Tickets
If you would like to request an exchange of your tickets, please contact us here.
Please note Ticketek acts as a ticketing agent and takes direction from venues and promoters. In some cases, Ticketek is only able to offer a ticket exchange if an event has been cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated (and you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled or relocated event), or to the extent otherwise required by law.
General Enquiry
For queries regarding specific event information, on-sale information or gift voucher enquiries, please contact us here.
If you cannot locate your tickets or want to view your tickets, they can be accessed via the Ticketek Mobile App. If you are unable to download the mobile app, you can also access your tickets via the links in the confirmation email or via your order history on the website. You can view your order history by logging into your My Ticketek account. Remember, some tickets may have their delivery delayed on instruction from the event promoter. Group Bookings
Whether booking tickets for your colleagues, students, pensioner groups, social clubs or family and friends, Ticketek Groups is your key to purchasing. Group Bookings are generally for 20+, however, group minimums may vary per event. Please search for the groups page on the Ticketek website for all information.
Refund & Payment Enquiry
For refund requests, enquiries regarding refundable tickets, or questions related to Ticketek charges, please submit your request through the Refund and Payment Enquiry Form here.
Please note Ticketek acts as a ticketing agent and takes direction from venues and promoters. Ticketek is only able to offer a refund or exchange of a ticket in accordance with the Ticketek Terms and Conditions of Sale.
