Melbourne Park is transitioning from Ticketek to AXS as its new ticketing provider from 22 August 2026.
If you have purchased tickets through Ticketek for a Melbourne Park event, your booking remains valid. Depending on your event, you may continue using your existing Ticketek tickets, or your tickets may be re-issued by AXS.
If you have not received your tickets yet, there is no need to worry. Your booking is confirmed, and you will receive your tickets before your event.

Understanding your ticket status
Each event above is tagged with one of the following statuses:
Valid Ticketek ticket
Your existing Ticketek ticket remains valid and you'll continue to use it to access your event. Please download the Ticketek App to view your tickets. We recommend downloading your ticket to your digital wallet before arriving at the venue for a smooth entry experience. For some events, tickets may not be released until 24–48 hours before the event – if you haven't received yours by this time, please visit the venue box office on the day of the event for assistance. Staff there will be able to provide your tickets and help ensure you can attend without issue.
Reissued by AXS (mid-Oct)
Your Ticketek ticket for this event will be re-issued by AXS by mid-October 2026. Your booking remains confirmed, and your seat allocation and any additional arrangements made as part of your booking will remain unchanged. Once your tickets have been issued, AXS will email you using the email address associated with your booking. You will then need to sign in to, or create, an AXS account using that email address and download the AXS app to access your tickets and enter the event.
Delayed – reissued by AXS
Ticket delivery for this event has been intentionally delayed as part of the transition. Your booking remains confirmed, and your seat allocation and any additional arrangements made as part of your booking will remain unchanged. Your tickets will be issued by AXS at a future date, and AXS will email you using the email address associated with your booking once this happens. You will then need to sign in to, or create, an AXS account using that email address and download the AXS app to access your tickets and enter the event. To facilitate this transition, limited personal information required to identify your booking will be transferred from Ticketek to AXS in accordance with Melbourne Park's Privacy Policy and Ticketek's Privacy Policy.
Delayed – Print-at-Home PDF via AXS
This applies only to the Victorian State Schools Spectacular. Ticket delivery for this event has been intentionally delayed as part of this transition. Your booking remains valid, and your seat allocation and any additional arrangements made as part of your booking will remain unchanged. Your tickets will be issued by AXS prior to the event and sent as a “Print-at-Home" PDF to the email address used to make your booking. You do not need to download the AXS app for this event, simply display the PDF on your mobile device or print a copy to gain entry.
