How do I view my Ticketek account?

How do I request my personal data be erased and close my account?
If you no longer want your Ticketek account, or wish to remove your transaction history and preferences:
Contact us here to submit your request
Include your customer ID, which can be found by logging in and viewing My Ticketek from the top-right menu
Important: Once your account is closed, you will no longer have access to your transaction history, and you will need to create a new account for future purchases.
