How do I view my Ticketek account
You can view your Ticketek account by following the instructions here.
From your Ticketek account you can view and update your personal details, including payment details, manage notifications, offers and subscriptions.
I want to request my personal data be erased and my Ticketek account closed permanently.
If you have created an account and no longer want to keep it open, or to be able to access your transaction history or manage your preferences, please contact us here.
It is important to note that once this is complete, you will not be able to access your transaction history and the next time you want to make a purchase, you will need to create a new account.
