How do I unsubscribe from Ticketek marketing emails?
Ticketek may send promotional emails, including offers from selected partners, only with your consent. If you no longer wish to receive these emails, there are several ways to unsubscribe or manage your preferences:
Click the unsubscribe link in a marketing email
Every marketing email from Ticketek includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking this link will automatically remove your email address from that type of communication.Update your notification preferences in your Ticketek account
You can manage the types of emails you receive by logging into your My Ticketek account. From there, navigate to Notification Preferences to choose which communications you want to receive or stop. If you prefer, you can fill out the Marketing Unsubscribe Form on the Ticketek Contact Us page here. Please provide your details and the types of communications you wish to unsubscribe from. Requests submitted via this form may take up to five business days to process.
