My event has been Rescheduled. What do I need to do?
If your event has been rescheduled, we’ll email you with all the key details. You don’t need to contact us.
If your email address is out of date, don’t worry. Your tickets will still be valid for the new date. Updated information will also be available on the event page once confirmed.
If you’re unable to attend the rescheduled event, you’re entitled to a full refund. You can submit your request via the refund and payment form.
Please allow time for the refund to be processed. Timeframes will be outlined in the email you receive once your payment has been submitted to the finance team. You can check your bank account or card statement for confirmation once the refund has been issued.
