If your event has been postponed, we will always email you with all the information you need. You do not need to contact us.
If we don't have an up to date email address for you, don't worry! Even if you don't receive this information, your tickets will remain valid. Information regarding the postponement may also be found on the relevant show page as details are confirmed.
If you are unable to attend the new date, you will receive a full refund. Simply let us know you cannot attend here.
Patrons who request a refund, should allow approximately 20 working days for the refund to appear on their statement/in their account. We sincerely appreciate your patience.
