My Event Has Been Rescheduled – What Do I Need to Do?
If your event has been rescheduled, Ticketek will email you with all relevant details, including the new date, time, and venue (if applicable). You do not need to contact us unless you wish to request a refund because you are unable to attend the new date.
Even if your email address on file is out of date, your tickets will remain valid for the new date. Updated information will also be available on the event page once the rescheduling is confirmed.
Unable to attend the rescheduled event?
If you cannot attend the new date, you are entitled to a full refund. Refund requests can be submitted via the Refund and Payment Form. Please provide all necessary details to help us process your request efficiently.
Processing time:
Refunds may take several business days to process. The email you receive after submitting your request will outline the expected timeframe. Once the refund is issued, you can confirm receipt by checking your bank account or card statement.
Additional Information:
Refundable Tickets are included in refunds for rescheduled events, so no separate request is needed for them.
If you purchased tickets for multiple events, each rescheduled event will require a separate refund request if you cannot attend.
