When purchasing tickets, the available delivery options will be displayed under your ticket selection. The delivery options may differ per event, venue or sometimes even ticket type on the same event. VIP tickets may be venue collection only and need to be collected on the day of the event. The delivery options shown at the time of booking are the only options available for the event or ticket type.
Check the delivery options carefully as we are unable to change the method.
We offer the below delivery options, please note that not all delivery types will be available at all events.
- App Ticket: Please download the Ticketek App to view your locked tickets. Tickets will display locked barcodes until approximately 72 hours prior to show date and cannot be added to your wallet or shared via the app until they are unlocked.
- Mobile Ticket: You can access your tickets by downloading the Ticketek app, checking your confirmation email or via your order history on the Ticketek website. Tickets may display as locked until 72 hours prior to show date and cannot be added to your wallet or shared via the app until they are unlocked.
- Print-at-home ezyTicket: send your tickets to your registered email to print out. Please not tickets may not be sent until 72 hours prior to your event.
- Venue or Prepaid Collection: collect your tickets at a Ticketek agency or at the venue on the day. Remember only the My Ticketek account or cardholder may collect tickets with a photo ID.
