Ticketek acts as a ticketing agent and takes direction from venues and promoters. Ticketek will only offer a refund or exchange of a ticket if an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated by the Seller (and you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled or relocated event), or to the extent otherwise required by law.
Transaction details are listed on your confirmation email and will assist us to locate your existing booking if provided.
Ticketek will make every effort to refund via the refund method selected. If a credit card refund has already occurred to a closed account, you will need to contact your bank to locate these funds.
