Automatic Refunds

If an event is cancelled, we automatically process refunds back to the original payment method used to purchase the tickets.  In some cases, we may encounter issues processing a refund, such as when the payment account is no longer active, in which case we will attempt to contact you. Please keep an eye out for our emails if your refund falls into this category. 

A list of cancelled events for which refund payments have automatically been processed can be found below. Please check the bank statement of the card used to originally purchase the tickets around the period after the cancellation announcement to confirm receipt of your refund.
