Helpful tips when arriving at the event
- Before arriving at the event open your Ticketek App or the links in your confirmation email.
- Once you have opened the Ticketek app, click on tickets to reveal your mobile ticket in preparation for scanning.
- At venues using turnstiles, scan your mobile ticket by placing your mobile phone with the barcode displayed under the turnstile scanner.
- Where hand-held scanners are used, simply present the mobile ticket to the customer service representative for scanning.
If you are unable to access your mobile ticket when at the event, see the box office for help. You will need to be the account/card holder with ID so they can access your details.
For some events, tickets may not be released until 24-48 hours prior to your event date. If your tickets do not arrive see the box office at the venue for assistance.
