How do I get my refund?
You don't need to do anything! We will automatically refund the tickets in full back to the same card used for the purchase.
Please allow 15 days for the refund to come through.
My card has been cancelled, what do I do?
If your card has been permanently closed/cancelled please supply us with the below details. We can only accept the below details when dealing with the account/card holder.

If your card has only changed its card number or expiry due to a lost or replacement card, as long as the same card account is still open the funds can still be made payable to the original card and you do not need to supply us with new details. Submit details here.
We will action all requests as quickly as possible, however we cannot guarantee that a refund has not already been processed back to your card.
