Refundable tickets are an add on option available for customers to purchase during the purchase of their event tickets.
Refundable tickets offer enhanced cancellation rights if you can no longer attend an event for one of the listed reasons such as sickness, travel delays and adverse weather.

How do I request a refund if I have purchased Refundable tickets?
If you purchased Refundable tickets during your original event purchase, to apply for a refund please contact the refund team here.
Refunds must be requested no more than 60 days after the event date.
What are the reasons I can request a refund if I have purchased Refundable tickets?

When can I request a refund if I have purchased Refundable tickets?
Refunds must be requested no more than 60 days after the event date.
Can I request a refund if I change my mind about attending the event?
No, you may only request a refund on your Refundable tickets if your circumstances meet the list of approved reasons. Change of mind is not an approved reason.
Can I change to Refundable tickets after I’ve bought my tickets?
No, refundable tickets can only be selected during the original purchase.
Can I request a partial refund on my purchase if I have selected Refundable tickets?
Yes, you can partially refund part of your ticket purchase if your circumstances meet the list of approved reasons.
What if an event is cancelled or rescheduled, who do I contact for a refund if I have selected Refundable tickets?
All refunds for cancelled or rescheduled events are managed by Ticketek directly. Details will be communicated directly to the ticket purchaser if an event is cancelled or rescheduled. You do not need to request a refund on your Refundable tickets if your event is cancelled or rescheduled.
Are Refundable tickets available through Ticketek Marketplace?
Yes, customers can select Refundable tickets for tickets purchased through Ticketek Marketplace Ultimate and Ticketek Marketplace Deals but not Ticketek Marketplace Fan-to-Fan ticket sales.
Are Refundable tickets offered on Gift Voucher sales?
No, you can’t select Refundable tickets when purchasing Ticketek Gift Vouchers.
Can I request a refund if I accidentally selected the Refundable tickets option?
No, we cannot refund the additional charge for the Refundable tickets.
