If you have booked your tickets via Ticketek Ultimate and selected mail as your delivery option then we will send them to the address registered in your Ticketek Marketplace account when we commence printing. For most events this will be next day, unless your delivery is delayed.
If you have just booked your tickets and noticed on your confirmation that the address is old, log back into your Ticketek Marketplace account immediately and update it.
As long as that is done within a few hours of your booking the account will update for the printing of your tickets.
If your event has delivery delays, make sure you update your account before the delay is lifted.

If you are unable to update your details, please get in touch with Ticketek Marketplace as soon as possible.
If they have already been sent, there may be additional delivery fees included to arrange replacements.
