Online/Telephone Bookings: A full refund (including your ticket insurance premium, if applicable) will be processed back to the credit card used to purchase the tickets. Please allow up to 15 days for this credit to be made to your card. You don't need to do anything.
Agency Bookings: Our team will contact you over the next 10 business days to arrange a direct deposit refund. Alternatively, you can submit a request below.
When sending your request, please include your BSB and account, along with your bank name & account name. Once received it may take up to 15 days to show in your account.
