I haven't received my SMS or print at home ticket yet, can I get a copy?
If you haven't received your ticket to your email or phone, please first check if your event has a delivery delay. Check out our Ticket Delivery Live Updates, or your event page for details.
The event pages will show the below if a delivery has been delayed.

If you should have received your ticket by now and you have checked both the live delivery and event page, please log into your Order History online and download a PDF copy of your ticket to print out either via the website or Ticketek App.
We can resend your ticket to you if you can't access your online order history, submit a general enquiry request and we can get that to you.
For some events, tickets may not be released until 24-48hrs prior to your event date. If your tickets do not arrive see the box office at the venue for assistance.
How do I add mobile tickets to my Apple Wallet?
Simply open your mobile ticket from the SMS you receive from Ticketek.
Tap "Add to Apple Wallet" button at the bottom of your mobile ticket.
This will display a preview of the event pass with all ticket information needed to attend the event. Click Add at the top right of the ticket to store your ticket in your Apple Wallet.
Can I change the name on my SMS ticket?
Please download the Ticketek app and you can share tickets in the ticket holders name.
Anyone holding the valid ticket will be permitted entry to the event where special entry conditions do not apply.
Important: Check your event page for special conditions. Some ticket types or events may insist the ticket holder + guests enter together and are not transferable.
