After you have logged in to the website, click on MyAccount.
Options here are;
Update Details, Manage Alerts, Order History, Payment Details, Change Password, Unsubscribe, Cancel Account & Waitlist.
Not all options may be available on our mobile version or on the Ticketek app.
Click on the option you need and follow the prompts. Remember to submit any change for it to apply.
It may take us a few days to remove you completely from any mailing lists.
