As an agent for venues and promoters, Ticketek facilitates the sale of accessible seating for where Ticketek is the authorised ticketing provider.
Ticketek acts under instruction from venues and promoters who allocate the number and types of accessible seats by event and venue.
Accessible seating is reserved solely for fans and companions who require it.
Venues and promoters allocate seats at their events to cater to:
- Wheelchair seating
- Companion card holders
- Seating with limited steps
- Vision and hearing impairments; and
- other accessibility requirements
Enquiry and Booking Channels
We will only be able to assist you with your booking if your event is on sale. Please ensure your event is on sale prior to submitting an enquiry.
The easiest way to organise accessible seating for any event for which Ticketek is the authorised ticketing provider is to complete the Accessible Seating Booking Form and we will be in touch.
Submit a request: Fill out the Accessible Seating booking form and we will be in contact. Please do not use internet explorer when submitting your booking request.

How do I book using a companion card?
If you hold a government issued Companion Card you may be eligible for a free ticket for your companion to assist you in attending the event.

Ticketek sell accessible seating for most venues, however, some ask that you contact them directly check our Accessible Seating page on how we can help you book and for more information.
In some cases companion card tickets are unable to be sent out prior and require collection on presentation of the companion card at the venue box office on the day.
