Update Details: Update your details held in the account. Make sure we have correct delivery and contact details for you. You can update your email/log in here too, note an email address can only be registered with us once.
Manage Alerts: Keep up to date with the events you love. Let us know what you want to hear about, and we'll keep you posted on the latest and greatest events in your area.
Order History: Check here for all your existing orders for upcoming events. Depending on the ticket type you may be able to access your tickets here too.
Payment Details: Save, update or delete securely saved credit/debit card details.Your saved details will pre-fill whenever you are logged in and buying tickets so all you need to enter is the CVC security code on your card to complete your purchase.
Change Password: Reset your current password here.
Unsubscribe: Choose what you would like us to stop sending you.
Cancel Account: We will be sad to see you go. Remember you will need to rejoin on your next purchase through Ticketek.
Waitlist: Add share and update your waitlist registrations.
